Yatsenyuk: It will be too difficult to implement 2016 national budget

“Because of a significant decline in oil prices, because of a significant slump in world prices for main export positions, it will be very difficult for us to implement the [2016] national budget,” Yatsenyuk said in the Ukrainian parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

At the same time, he said that in case of better budget implementation, the additional funds would be used to raise social standards.
