Rada approves law on electronic asset declarations

The Verkhovna Rada has passed law No.3755 on the electronic system of submitting and publishing asset declarations by state officials.
A total of 236 MPs voted on a relevant decision on Tuesday, February 16, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The draft law is aimed at implementing the electronic system of submitting and publishing of asset declarations by officials empowered to fulfill functions of the state or local government in line with the requirements of the law of Ukraine “on preventing corruption”.
The draft law is included in a visa-free package.
