Russia seizes gas market in Donbas – Kobolev

Apart from the occupation of some territories in eastern Ukraine, Russia has seized a part of the gas market in Donbas.
Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev said this to reporters in Brussels on Monday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"As we understand it at the moment, but we cannot confirm it clearly, Gazprom supplies its gas to those territories. In our opinion, apart from the occupation of the territories, Russia has seized a part of the market and is trying to hold it," he said.
Kobolev noted he did not have the accurate information about the system of payments for the consumed gas in the occupied territories.
