Ukraine's Economy Minister suggests extending moratorium on business checks

The moratorium on business inspections may be extended till June 30, 2016.

KYIV, September 21 /Ukrinform/. The Economic Development and Trade Ministry of Ukraine suggests extending moratorium on business inspections till June 30, 2016.

Economic Development and Trade Minister of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius said this, opening the All-Ukrainian Congress of Small and Medium Businesses, the Ministry's press service reports.

"We suggest extending moratorium on business inspections, which resumed operation on July 1, till June 30, 2016. This will ease the pressure on employers during the reform of state bodies," Abromavicius said.

According the Minister, during this additional time, the Government and the Parliament of Ukraine will be able to conduct the necessary reforms in the field.
