Koktebel winery declared bankrupt
. The factory of vintage wines and cognacs Koktebel was declared bankrupt. The company itself appealed to the Economic Court of Crimea with a relevant statement.
This is stated in the court ruling issued in the newspaper Holos Ukrainy on March 6.
"The resolution of the Economic Court of Crimea dated 23.02.2012 on the case 2-6/180-2010 declared bankrupt closed joint-stock company Koktebel Plant of Vintage Wines and Cognacs,” it reads.
Administrator Vasyl Kukhta was appointed the liquidator.
According to the information on the Unified State Register of Judgments, the company itself appealed to the economic court for declaring it bankrupt.
Koktebel is one of the leading brands of alcohol products in Ukraine by quality. It has more than a century-long history. The company produces a wide range of vintage, table, fortified and dessert wines.
Previously, Koktebel's unique collection of wine samples was recognized by the Government a national treasure of a significant scientific, historical and practical value.
