Ukraine pumps 11bcm of natural gas into storage facilities

Stocks in Ukraine’s underground storage facilities totaled 11 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas, the press service of PJSC Ukrtransgaz reports.

“According to the operational information, natural gas reserves in Ukraine's gas storage facilities reached 11 billion cubic meters, which is by 15% more than a year ago,” reads the report.

Since the beginning of this year, Ukraine has pumped 3.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas, which is three times as much compared with the same period in 2016.

Thus, in June 2017, Ukraine pumped 1 billion cubic meters of natural gas into its underground storage facilities, which is by 65% more compared with the same period last year.
