Ukraine ready to join gas corridor project with Croatia and Hungary – PM

Ukraine is ready to join the project on formation of a new gas corridor with Hungary and Croatia, which provides for the use of LNG-terminal capacities on the Croatian coast.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this during his talks with Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, Governmental portal informs.

"We are interested in creating the Croatia-Hungary-Ukraine gas corridor and we will do everything to ensure that this project is close to full implementation. We are interested in such gas supplies to Ukraine," the head of government said.

The project is included into the package of initiatives by President of Croatia Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovich on the formation of the central vertical of cooperation "Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea" and involves not only the organization of fuel supplies, but also a possible integration of the gas transportation systems of the three countries.
