IFC invested $900 million in Ukrainian agrarian sector for six years

Since 2010 the IFC has invested $900 million in the development of the Ukrainian agricultural sector and plans to continue paying special attention to investments in this sector.

Head of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Ukraine Olena Voloshyna said this during the IV International Forum of Agrarian Investments "Agro Invest Forum 2017" on April 27, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The International Finance Corporation is the largest investor for the agricultural and business sectors. We have invested about $900 million over the past six years in the industry," Voloshyna said.

She has added that IFC plans to invest in the Ukrainian agrarian sector in the future.
