After raising minimum salary 4.5 million Ukrainians get wage increase – Groysman

A total of 4.5 million Ukrainian citizens received an increase in their salaries due to the increase in minimum wage to UAH 3,200.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this in the Parliament, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Today we can say that 4.5 million citizens of Ukraine received salary increases," he said, recalling that since January 1 the minimum wage grew to UAH 3,200.
The Head of Government added that teachers' salaries were raised by almost 50%, doctors’ salaries - by 30%.
As Ukrinform reported, an Hour of questions to the government is held in the Parliament today.
