Ukraine’s Pension Fund outlines main tasks for 2017

Chairman of the Pension Fund of Ukraine Oleksiy Zarudny announced this at a press conference on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"As for the Fund's priorities for 2017. Undoubtedly, our main goal for 2017 is the stable financing of pension payments, and I want to emphasize that now we fully and timely provide financing for current pension payments, we do not have any disruptions here," Zarudny said.

The other priorities of the Fund, according to the Chairman of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, are as follows: further development of the pension system and strengthening of its financial stability; increase in transparency of the Pension Fund; improvement of the system of functioning and provision of services; further legalization of employment of the population; prevention of corruption manifestations in the activities of the Pension Fund.
