Text of Memorandum with IMF to be published after meeting of Board of Directors - Finance Ministry

This has been reported by the press service of the Finance Ministry of Ukraine.

"The text of the Memorandum on Cooperation with the International Monetary Fund will be published according to the standard procedure after a meeting of the IMF Board of Directors. The meeting is already scheduled for March 20," the Finance Ministry said.

The Finance Ministry has noted that Ukraine needs further comprehensive reforms, in particular, the pension reform, which will help reduce the deficit of the Pension Fund and pay decent pensions. The customs reform and the creation of an analytical Financial Investigation Service will improve the business climate in the country. The continuation of the privatization process will attract funds to the state budget and will give an impetus to the economic development.
