Vice PM Kubiv: Current Memorandum with IMF doesn’t differ much from previous ones

The current Memorandum, which Ukraine has signed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), doesn’t differ much from those signed in previous years.
Vice Prime Minister-Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv said this at a sitting of the Agenda-Setting Council, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“The Memorandum, which was in 2008, which was in 2009, [and] the current project is the same in content and substance," Kubiv said.
In particular, he noted that the issue of retirement age was not discussed with IMF representatives.
Earlier it was reported that leader of the Radical Party, Oleh Liashko, said he had filed a petition in Kyiv’s District Administrative Court to declassify the terms of the Memorandum with the IMF and "recognize as unlawful the inactivity" of Ukraine’s President, Prime Minister, Head of the National Bank and Finance Minister.
