State Statistics: Ukraine’s GDP growth accelerated to 4.7% in October-December 2016

The State Statistics Service estimates Ukraine’s GDP growth in October-December 2016 at the level of 4.7% compared with same period in 2015.
The State Statistics informed this in its assessment of Ukraine’s GDP over the fourth quarter of 2016.
"GDP growth in the fourth quarter of 2016 compared with the previous quarter (taking into account seasonal factor) totaled 101.9%, while compared with the fourth quarter of 2015 - 104,7%," reads a report.
As a reminder, GDP growth in the third quarter of 2016 reached 1.8% compared with the same period last year, while in the second quarter it grew by 1.4%.
