IMF not planning to consider Ukraine’s issue in November
Ukrinform
The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has not put the issue on Ukraine into its calendar of formal meetings for the next seven days, which has posted on the IMF’s official website.
Thus, on November 23, the Executive Board will hold consultations on the program of cooperation with Finland, while the next meeting is scheduled for December 1.
As reported, NBU Governor Valeria Gontareva stated that Ukraine may not receive the fourth tranche totaling about $1.3 billion from the IMF, as well as 600 million euros from the European Commission until the end of 2016 because of Parliament’s delays in carrying out pension and land reforms foreseen by the cooperation program with the IMF.
