OSCE records more than 300 ceasefire violations in eastern Ukraine over past day

The OSCE SMM recorded 139 ceasefire violations in Donetsk region and 163 ceasefire violations in Luhansk region over the past 24 hours.

“In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded 139 ceasefire violations, including 90 explosions (21 outgoing and 69 undetermined),” reads the OSCE SMM daily report 281/2021 issued on November 30, 2021.

The majority of ceasefire violations occurred in areas northeast, north-west and south-west of Kreminets (non-government-controlled, 16km south-west of Donetsk), north, east, and west of Oleksandrivka (non-government-controlled, 20km southwest of Donetsk), and south of the disengagement area near Petrivske (non-government-controlled, 41km south of Donetsk).

In the previous 24 hours, the Mission recorded 159 ceasefire violations in the region, some of which also occurred in areas south of the disengagement area near Petrivske.

“In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded 163 ceasefire violations including 109 undetermined explosions,” the report reads.

The majority of ceasefire violations occurred in areas north of the disengagement

area near Stanytsia Luhanska (government-controlled, 16km north-east of Luhansk).
