Occupiers fire banned mortars on Ukrainian positions near Hranitne

Today, Russian-occupation forces have violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine already four times.

"As of 12:00, June 25, four ceasefire violations were recorded," Ukraine’s Defense Ministry Spokesperson Anna Novitska said at a briefing, Ukrinform reports.

In Particular, the enemy opened fire from 120mm mortars in the area of Hranitne (60km south of Donetsk); tripod-mounted man-portable antitank guns, and hand-held antitank grenade launchers – near Vodiane in the Sea of Azov area; hand-held antitank grenade launchers – outside Zolote-4 (59km west of Luhansk); heavy machine guns and small arms – in the area of Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk).

Ukrainian troops gave an adequate response to the invaders’ actions.

As reported, over the past day, 14 ceasefire violations by the Russian-occupation troops were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation area in eastern Ukraine.
