The armed formations of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries continue to grossly violate the Minsk agreements by deploying heavy weapons in violation of withdrawal lines in Donbas, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters has reported on Facebook.

According to a daily report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), on February 15, a mini-UAV spotted 11 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm) and six towed howitzers (D-30A Lyagushka, 122mm) in a training area near Buhaivka (37km south-west of Luhansk).

A long-range UAV detected two self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm) and four towed howitzers (D-30A Lyagushka, 122mm) near Bile (22km west of Luhansk). The weapons were deployed in violation of withdrawal lines.

In addition, beyond withdrawal lines but outside designated storage sites, a mini-UAV spotted 10 tanks (seven T-72B and three T-64), six mortars (five 2B11 Sani and one undetermined variant), and three surface-to-air missile systems (9K35 Strela-10) in a training area near Buhaivka (37km south-west of Luhansk); and a tank (T-64) in a compound near a residential area in Perevalsk (38km west of Luhansk).

The Ukrainian side of the JCCC said that the armed formations of the Russian Federation once again demonstrated disrespect for the norms and rights of international agreements.
