Whether it's our ships or aircraft, we are here in the Black Sea in support of Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine and Romania," the tweet reads.
USS Porter (DDG-78) entered the Black Sea on January 28. This is the second U.S. guided-missile destroyer to enter the Black Sea in the past few days. USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) entered the Black Sea on January 23.
The fleet oiler USNS Laramie (T-AO-203) entered the Black Sea on January 25 to provide ships with fuel and all necessary supplies so that they do not enter the ports.
