Over the past day, December 25, four ceasefire violations were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation area in Donbas.

All the violations took place near the village of Vodiane in the Sea of Azov area.

"The enemy opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms. In addition to launching attacks on Ukrainian positions, the armed formations of the Russian Federation yet again fired on the private residential sector of Vodiane village, using 120mm mortars. One shell hit a local resident’s yard. Fortunately, civilians were not injured," the press center of the JFO Headquarters informs.

The Ukrainian troops gave an adequate response to numerous Russian occupation forces’ attacks.

The Joint Forces personnel sustained no casualties.

Today, December 26, no ceasefire violations have been recorded. The ceasefire is observed along the entire contact line.
