Ukraine has prepared and sent a written note to the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) over a civilian injury in Donbas – outside the village of Kamianka near Avdiivka, the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) has reported on Facebook.

According to the report, Ukraine's representatives in the TCG recalled that the day before, on December 20, at 19:30, a John Deere tractor returning from agricultural work came under fire from an SPG-9 recoilless rifle on a road near Kamianka and burned down.

The tractor driver was slightly injured in the shelling. Military medics provided first aid to him. The man was then taken to hospital. He is currently at home, and his condition is stable.

Earlier reports said that Russian-backed forces committed nine ceasefire violations in eastern Ukraine on December 20.
