The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has recorded new violations by Russian occupation forces in non-government-controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

In particular, the invaders deployed towed and self-propelled howitzers in violation of withdrawal lines, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) reported on its Facebook page.

“A mini-UAV spotted four towed howitzers (D30A Lyagushka, 122mm) and two self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm) near Bile (22km west of Luhansk). In addition, in a training area near Ternove (57km east of Donetsk), an SMM patrol observed three multiple launch rocket systems (BM-21 Grad, 122mm)," the report says.

The weapons were deployed in violation of withdrawal lines.

The Ukrainian side of the JCCC said that the armed formations of the Russian Federation once again demonstrated their reluctance to comply with the Minsk agreements.
