Almost 43,000 people have crossed entry-exit points in Donbas since November 10, when the points have been operating normally.

As the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine informs, apart from the existing crossing points, two new – “Zolote” and “Shchastya” – started to operate in Luhansk region. However, the restoration of border crossing on most road corridors remains blocked by the Russian occupation forces.

"Russian mercenaries have blocked citizens who tried to enter the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine through “Shchastya”, “Zolote”, “Mayorske” and “Marinka” border crossing points. Those wishing to cross the contact line failed to arrive at “Hnutove” border crossing point. In total, the occupiers have banned 137 people and 15 vehicles from entering the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine on all road corridors,” the statement reads.

The State Border Guard Service points out that border crossing is daily carried out only at “Stanytsia Luhanska” point, and the occupiers unblock traffic through “Novotroitske” BCP twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.

Starting from November 10, 20,500 people traveling to the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region and more than 20,900 people traveling to the government-controlled territory have crossed “Stanytsia Luhanska” border crossing point. Over the same period, more than 870 citizens and almost 160 vehicles have crossed “Novotroitske” BCP to enter the temporarily occupied territory, while more than 440 people and almost 80 vehicles have crossed the border crossing point to enter the government-controlled territory.
