Ukrainian soldier killed in Donbas

“Today, July 20, the Russian occupation troops once again violated ceasefire and fired at the Ukrainian defenders in Donetsk region. Near the village of Shumy, the enemy opened fire from automatic mounted grenade launchers, small arms and sniper’s weapons. Unfortunately, as a result of the enemy shelling, during a combat mission, one serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a fatal wound,” the JFO Headquarters reports on Facebook.

The command of the Joint Forces expresses deep and sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased soldier. It emphasizes that the insidious actions of the invaders will not remain unpunished.
