Invaders launch 17 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas

“The enemy opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars banned under the Minsk agreements, antitank missile systems, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms. One Ukrainian defender was killed and three more were wounded over the past day,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, Russian-occupation troops fired 120mm mortars on Ukrainian positions near Prychepylivka (50km north-west of Luhansk), Orikhove (57km north-west of Luhansk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), and Khutir Vilnyi; 82mm and 120mm mortars – on the approaches to Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk) and Novotoshkivske (53km west of Luhansk); antitank missile systems – in the area of Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk).

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the enemy used 120mm mortars, grenade launchers of different systems, and small arms to shell Ukrainian defenders near Vodiane (94km south of Donetsk); grenade launchers of different systems and heavy machine guns – in the suburbs of Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk); heavy machine guns, grenade machine guns, and small arms – outside Nevelske (18km north-west of Donetsk); hand-held antitank grenade launchers – on the approaches to Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol).

Today, the enemy has already violated ceasefire once, firing 82mm and 120mm mortars banned under the Minsk agreements near Vodiane.
