Ukrainian troops come under fire near Orikhove, Novhorodske

Today, June 4, Russian-backed forces have attacked the positions of Ukrainian Joint Forces near the villages of Orikhove and Novhorodske in Donbas.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Maksym Prauta said this at a briefing on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"As of 12:30 on June 4, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated ceasefire in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area twice using automatic grenade launcher, heavy machine guns, and small arms,” the spokesman said.
According to available information, no casualties among the Ukrainian military were reported.
The Ukrainian military gave an adequate response to the enemy attacks.
The enemy's losses are being specified.
