OSCE reports on ceasefire violations in Donbas over weekend
The OSCE SMM said this in a report issued on May 11, based on information from the monitoring teams received as of 19:30 on May 10, 2020.
In Donetsk region, between the evenings of 8 and 9 May, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including more explosions (about 75), compared with the previous reporting period (about 65 explosions). The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in areas north-west of Zalizne (formerly Artemove, government-controlled, 42km north-east of Donetsk), in areas north and north-east of Shyrokyne (government-controlled, 100km south of Donetsk) and in areas south-east of Hnutove (government-controlled, 90km south of Donetsk).
Between the evenings of 9 and 10 May, the Mission recorded fewer ceasefire violations, including, however, more explosions (about 165), compared with the previous 24 hours. The majority of ceasefire violations, including the majority of explosions, were recorded in areas north and north-east of Shyrokyne, in areas near the Donetsk Filtration Station (DFS) (15km north of Donetsk) and in areas north-east and north-west of Horlivka (non-governmentcontrolled, 39km north-east of Donetsk).
In Luhansk region, between the evenings of 8 and 9 May, the SMM recorded fewer ceasefire violations, including fewer explosions (19), compared with the previous reporting period (40 explosions). The majority of ceasefire violations, including the majority of explosions, were recorded at north-easterly and south-westerly directions of the disengagement area near Zolote (government-controlled, 60km west of Luhansk) (see below).

The majority of ceasefire violations were recorded in areas south and south-west of Kriakivka (government-controlled, 38km north-west of Luhansk).
