Russian-led forces violate ceasefire in Donbas three times

On January 1, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated ceasefire three times in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas.

“The enemy used grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to shell positions of the Joint Forces,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

The attacks on Ukrainian positions were recorded near Orikhove (57km north-west of Luhansk) and Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk) in the zone of action of tactical force “North”.

One Ukrainian soldier was wounded in the enemy shelling over the past day.

Today, the Russian-occupation troops have not opened fire yet.
