Combat readiness of tank units checked in JFO area

Two-day tank drills took place in the area of withdrawal of forces in Luhansk region, eastern Ukraine.
"As part of a two-day inspection of readiness to perform tasks, the tank units worked tactics and then practical actions... of entering defined areas in order to defeat a possible enemy with anti-tank support. The accuracy of fire from stationary position and moving fire was checked at the final stage," the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.
The soldiers performed tasks on modernized tanks, equipped with thermal imagers, GPS navigators and more powerful engines.
