The Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) has said that Russian armed formations continue to grossly violate the Minsk agreements, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) has reported on Facebook.

"A December 16 report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission states that weapons were placed in violation of the withdrawal lines in areas not controlled by the Ukrainian government," the report reads.

In particular, on December 14, an OSCE SMM patrol spotted 22 multiple launch rocket systems (BM-21 Grad, 122mm) near Khrustalnyi (formerly Krasnyi Luch, 56km south-west of Luhansk).

The Ukrainian side of the JCCC said that Russian armed formations once again demonstrate their reluctance to comply with the Minsk agreements and blatantly disregard the commitments undertaken as part of consultations of the Trilateral Contact Group on the removal of military hardware across the entire contact line.
