OSCE records 490 explosions in Donbas

On Friday, November 8, the OSCE SMM to Ukraine recorded 490 explosions in Donbas.

“In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded more ceasefire violations, including, more explosions (about 480), compared with the previous reporting period (about 190 explosions). The majority of the ceasefire violations were recorded at northerly and southerly directions of Horlivka (non-government-controlled, 39km north-east of Donetsk), in areas east and southwest of Avdiivka (government-controlled, 17km north of Donetsk) including the majority of explosions, and in areas south-west of Yasynuvata (non-government-controlled, 16km northeast of Donetsk),” reads the daily report of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine of November 8, 2019.

In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded ten explosions, fewer compared with the previous reporting period (14 explosions). All ceasefire violations were recorded in areas south-west of Trokhizbenka (government-controlled, 32km north-west of Luhansk).
