SMM explains how it records ceasefire violations

The OSCE SMM records every use of weapons as a ceasefire violation, SMM's spokesperson Dragana Nikolic-Solomon has told Ukrinform.
“The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine considers each use of weapons (a shot, a burst, or an explosion, etc.) as a violation of the ceasefire regime. The relevant data are included in our daily reports, which are published on the OSCE website in three languages (English, Ukrainian and Russian),” she said.
Earlier, the Joint Forces Operation Headquarters explained that it published information about the shelling of the positions of only the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
