OSCE observer dies in Kramatorsk – Polish Embassy

An observer of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has died in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, according to the Polish Embassy in Ukraine.
"It was with great regret that we learned of the passing of OSCE SMM observer Col. Czesław Kącki in Kramatorsk. The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine expresses deep sorrow to the family and friends of the deceased, as well as to the SMM team," the embassy wrote on Facebook.
