Invaders violated ceasefire 24 times in Donbas in last day

“The enemy used 122mm artillery systems, 120mm and 82mm mortars, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, antitank missile systems, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to launch attacks on Ukrainian defenders,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the Russian-led troops launched 15 attacks on Ukrainian positions. In particular, the enemy fired grenade launchers of different systems and small arms on Ukrainian troops near Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol); 82mm mortars and small arms – outside Novotroitske (36km south-west of Donetsk); 120mm mortars, grenade launchers of different systems, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles and small arms – in the area of Vodiane (94km south of Donetsk); 120mm mortars – on the outskirts of Pavlopol (25km north-west of Mariupol); 120mm mortars – in the area of Berezove (31km south-west of Donetsk); heavy machine guns – near Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk); 82mm mortars – outside Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk) and Pisky (11km north-west of Donetsk); mounted antitank grenade launcher – on the outskirts of Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk).

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the enemy fired on Ukrainian troops nine times: from antitank missile system – near Zaitseve (62km north-east of Donetsk); weapons on infantry fighting vehicles and heavy machine guns – outside Travneve (51km north-east of Donetsk); 120mm mortars and hand-held antitank grenade launchers – in the area of Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk); 82mm mortars – near Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk); 122mm artillery systems, 120mm mortars and grenade launchers of different systems – outside Popasna (69km west of Luhansk); 120mm mortars, grenade launchers of different systems and heavy machine gun – on the outskirts of Zolote-4 (59km west of Luhansk); 120mm mortars and mounted antitank grenade launcher – near Svitlodarsk (57km north-east of Donetsk).

One Ukrainian soldier was wounded, another one was injured. Every enemy’s shooting was given an adequate response in line with the Minsk agreements.

According to the intelligence, one invader was annihilated and three more were wounded on July 12.

Today, the enemy has already launched two attacks on positions of the Joint Forces.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the Russian-led troops, Russian-led forces opened fire from small arms near Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and from hand-held antitank grenade launcher and heavy machine gun outside Avdiivka.

The Joint Forces reliably control the enemy on the contact line, adhering to the ceasefire agreements.
