U.S. diplomats visit Joint Forces Operation area in Donbas

A delegation of representatives of the Defense Attaché Office at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine visited the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in eastern Ukraine.
"On the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the diplomats familiarized themselves with the current security policy and operational situation in the JFO area, met with military commanders of brigades and battalions to discuss the operational situation in the areas of their responsibility," the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports on its Facebook page.
Also, the U.S. diplomats studied the information received by the Joint Forces units on the tactics of the units (groups) of the Russian occupation forces and the countermeasures used by the Ukrainian military.
They also examined the operating conditions of the American equipment provided in the framework of material and technical assistance to Ukraine, the press center reported.
