Russian-led forces launch 21 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas, two soldiers wounded

“The enemy used 120mm and 82mm mortars, weapons on infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms to shell the units of the Joint Forces,” the press center of the Joint Forces Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, Russian-led troops fired 120mm mortars, mounted anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns on Ukrainian positions near Avdiivka (17km north of Donetsk); 82mm and 120mm mortars, grenade launchers and heavy machine guns – outside Novotroitske (36km south-west of Donetsk); 82mm mortars, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms – near Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk); 82mm mortars – outside Berezove (31km south-west of Donetsk); weapons on infantry fighting vehicles – in the area of Pavlopol (25km north-west of Mariupol); heavy machine guns and small arms – near Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol), and Mykolaivka (77km west of Luhansk).

In the zone of action of tactical force “North”, the enemy used 82mm mortars and automatic grenade launchers to shell the Joint Forces units in the area of Zolote-4 (59km west of Luhansk); grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms – near Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk); grenade launchers of different systems and small arms – outside Mayorske (45km north of Donetsk); hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms – near Shumy (41km north of Donetsk).

Two servicemen of the Joint Forces were wounded in shelling.

Today, the enemy has already opened fire twice on Ukrainian troops in the zone of action of tactical force “East”.
