OSCE: Invaders place tanks and mortars near residential buildings in occupied Donbas

A mini-UAV of the OSCE SMM to Ukraine spotted three tanks and a mortar position near the residential buildings in the occupied area of Donetsk region and one tank near a residential building in the occupied area of Luhansk region.
“March 18, an SMM mini-UAV spotted three tanks (T-64) close to a probable mortar position next to houses in Verkhnoshyrokivske (formerly Oktiabr, 85km south of Donetsk),” reads the report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), based on information received as of 19:30, 19 March 2019.
Earlier, a similar case of placement of heavy armored equipment near residential buildings was recorded in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region: “March 13, an SMM mini-unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) spotted a tank (T-64) about 60m from a residential building in Stepanivka (62km west of Luhansk).”
