Poroshenko: Russia shifting emphasis in hybrid war against Ukraine

"Changes in Russia's emphases of hybrid war, the shift in efforts to stabilize the situation inside the country, require our adequate response. We must define and ensure steady, uniform for all law enforcement agencies compliance with legal and technical requirements for developing and putting into service the equipment and assets in accordance with NATO standards," President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said at the opening of the operational-strategic meeting with the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He emphasized that the state information policy should be strengthened.

"An offensive information policy of our state is extremely important. No less attention should be paid to the protection of important state facilities," Poroshenko said.
