Muzhenko, US delegation discuss situation in Black Sea, Sea of Azov. Photos

 “The US delegation was informed about the military threats posed to Ukraine and, in particular, about the situation in the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov,” the press service of the General Staff of the Armed  Forces of Ukraine reports.

As noted, Muzhenko thanked the US partners for the recently provided effective financial and logistical support: “Obtaining assistance is especially important in the context of Ukraine’s conventional position defense from the Russian aggressor.”

According to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, this assistance will deepen the level of cooperation within the framework of the Multinational Joint Commission on military cooperation and defense reform, the Joint Multinational Training Group - Ukraine.

In the course of the meeting, Senator Joni Ernst assured of Washington’s unwavering stance on the continued support for Ukraine and its Armed Forces.
