In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the Russian-led forces launched six attacks on Ukrainian positions, using 122mm artillery, antitank missile systems and heavy machine guns near Lebedynske (16km east of Mariupol); 122mm artillery, 120mm mortars and mounted antitank grenade launchers – outside Vodiane (94km south of Donetsk); weapons on infantry fighting vehicles and hand-held antitank grenade launchers – in the area of Opytne (12km north-west of Donetsk); automatic mounted grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms – near Pavlopol (25km north-west of Mariupol); small arms – outside Marinka (23km south-west of Donetsk).
In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, the occupants launched six attacks on the Joint Forces units: using 120mm and 82mm mortars, mounted antitank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk); 120mm and 82mm mortars – outside Novotoshkivske (53km west of Luhansk); 82mm mortars – in the area of Travneve (51km north-east of Donetsk); heavy machine guns – near Krymske (42km north-west of Luhansk).
Three Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in the shelling.
According to the intelligence, nine occupants were killed and another one was captured on February 18.
Today, the enemy has already launched three attacks on Ukrainian troops: in the area of Hnutove (20km north-east of Mariupol), using hand-held antitank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms, and near Katerynivka, using 82mm mortars and mounted antitank grenade launchers.
The Joint Forces reliably control the enemy on the contact line, adhering to the ceasefire agreements.
