OSCE records tanks, MLRS, howitzers of invaders in Donbas

The Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC), referring to a report by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission, has said that Russian-backed militants are violating the Minsk agreements regarding the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line and their storage at designated sites in Donbas, the press service of the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation has reported.

The issue concerns tanks spotted near the village of Lobacheve, Grad multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) near Khrustalnyi, and Lyagushka howitzers near Myrne, etc.

"On January 21, mission observers, using a UAV, spotted weapons located in violation of withdrawal lines, in particular, three tanks (T-64) near the village of Lobacheve (east of Luhansk). On January 22, the OSCE SMM recorded 26 multiple launch rocket systems (BM-21 Grad, 122mm) near Khrustalnyi (south-west of Luhansk)," the statement reads.

It notes that on the same day, outside designated storage sites near Myrne, international observers recorded six towed howitzers (D-30 Lyagushka, 122mm).

According to the report, 14 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Gvozdika, 122mm), ten towed howitzers (nine D-30 and one 2A65 Msta-B, 152mm) and five MLRS of Russian occupation troops were missing at designated storage sites in Donbas.
