The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine observes a number of signs, which clearly indicate that Russia has been preparing a sabotage and terrorist act with the use of chemically dangerous poisonous substances.

Vadym Skybytsky, the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, made such a statement at a briefing at the Ministry, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Since November 2018, military intelligence has noted the purposeful fear mongering in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by the Russian Federation and artificial coverage of the topic of chemical weapons in the media. The groundless and clearly provocative statements are made about the preparation of usage of poisonous substances in Donbas by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Currently, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine observes a number of signs, which clearly indicate that Russia has been preparing a sabotage and terrorist act with the use of chemically dangerous poisonous substances," Skybytsky said.
