Arms and Security 2018 exhibition opens in Kyiv
The event takes place at the International Exhibition Center, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
Delegations from 16 countries, including the United States, Turkey, Pakistan, Poland, and Austria take part in the exhibition. Director General of the Ukroboronprom State Concern Pavlo Bukin delivered a welcoming speech. In addition, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleh Hladkovsky took part in the opening of the exhibition.
The holding of the Arms and Security 2018 exhibition is aimed at deepening military and technical cooperation with foreign partner countries, as well as strengthening domestic economic potential.

The exhibition will last until October 12 in the format of two main sections - armaments and equipment for the army and law enforcement agencies and weapons for the civilian population.
