Poroshenko: 18 Ukrainian soldiers killed in Donbas in August

In Donbas in August, 18 Ukrainian soldiers were killed by Russian occupation troops.
President Petro Poroshenko stated this at a meeting with Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Norway Ine Eriksen Soreide, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Only in August, my 18 warriors were killed," he said and added that "a large number of servicepersons were injured."
Poroshenko stressed that the artillery shelling by Russian occupation forces continued every day.
At the same time, the President thanked Norway for the support and assistance in the rehabilitation of Ukrainian servicemen.
As Ukrinform reported, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Norway Ine Eriksen Soreide is on an official visit in Ukraine on September 4-6.
