Militants launched 44 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

“Russian-occupation forces used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, small arms and sometimes weapons on infantry fighting vehicles to fire on the defenders of Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), Novoluhanske (53km north-east of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), Zolote (67km north-east of Luhansk), Novoselivka Druha (23km north of Donetsk), Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Ukrainian positions near Krymske and Avdiivka came under 82mm mortar fire. The military clash took place outside Mayorske (45km north of Donetsk),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.

One Ukrainian soldier was killed, another three were wounded in shelling in last day. The joint forces lost touch with one serviceman during the clash. The search continues.

Today, militants have already opened fire seven times on Ukrainian troops.
