National Defense Hackathon kicks off in Kyiv

The National Defense Hackathon has kicked off in Kyiv today. It is aimed at improving the interaction between security agencies of Ukraine in the context of developing software products for resolving pressing issues in the sphere of defense and security.
The UnitCity Innovation Park will host the event, which will last until July 27, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The hackathon is an absolutely practical tool to quickly go up one step and find solutions to the current problems in the security and defense sector," said Vice Prime Minister for European Integration of Ukraine Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, who attended the opening ceremony.
