"After the illegal annexation of Crimea, we see a sharp increase in the escalation of tension. Russia has sharply increased its military grouping in the illegally occupied territory. Strike aviation, the latest missile systems, the latest anti-aircraft systems were deployed there for the first time," Poroshenko said.
