Militants violated ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 17 times in last day

“Russian-occupation troops violated ceasefire regime 17 times, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In Luhansk direction, the enemy used IFV weapons, hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to fire at Ukrainian positions near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk). Militants also opened fire from large-caliber machine guns and small arms on Ukrainian troops outside Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk).

In Donetsk direction, terrorists opened fire from IFV weapons, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms at Ukrainian positions near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Katerynivka (64km west of Luhansk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk) and Troitske (69km west of Luhansk).

In Mariupol direction, the tense situation was observed in the area of Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Pyshchevyk (25km north-east of Mariupol), where the enemy opened fire from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. Russian-occupation troops also used anti-tank guided missiles to shell Ukrainian positions near Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk).

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported over the past day.
