Militants violated ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 25 times in last day

Militants launched 25 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the past day.

This is reported by the press center of the JFO Headquarters.

“Russian-occupation troops violated ceasefire regime 25 times, using mortars two times,” the report reads.

Two Ukrainian servicemen were killed and another two were wounded in fighting in last day.

Russian-occupation troops scaled up their activities near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Novozvanivka (70km west of Luhansk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).

During the night of June 7, the escalation in Luhansk region was observed as militants launched five attacks outside Krymske and Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), using 120mm and 82mm mortars.
