Militants launched 31 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

This is reported by the press center of the JFO Headquarters.

As noted, the tense situation was observed near Prychepylivka (50km north-west of Luhansk), Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk) in Luhansk direction and outside Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk) and Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk) in Donetsk direction, where Russian-occupation troops used 120mm and 82mm mortars eleven times.

Militants also opened fire from small arms in the area of Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).

At the same time, the invaders intensified their reconnaissance efforts with the use of UAVs. In the morning of June 5, the units of the radio-radar troops of the joint forces identified the air target, which was the Russian UAV Orlan-10. The units of the anti-aircraft missile troops destroyed the target on approach to the area the enemy had been interested in.

Three Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in fighting in last day.
