Militants violated ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 22 times in last day

"Over the past day, Russian-occupation forces violated the ceasefire regime 22 times, using heavy weaponry four times," the report reads.

As noted, the armed hostilities took place near Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk) and Novhorodske (34km north of Donetsk) in Horlivka direction and outside Butovka coal mine (11.4km north-west of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk) and Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk) in Donetsk direction.

The escalation was observed in the area of Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) in Mariupol direction.

Two Ukrainian servicemen were wounded in fighting in last day.

No casualties have been reported on May 28 so far.
